How much does a holiday rental website cost?
The website is a one-off price from €490, paid once. The monthly plan (€29) is optional — only if you want automated bookings, payments and Booking/VRBO channel sync. On the call I give you the right figure for your case.
How long until it is live?
Between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on how quickly you send me photos and text.
Can I really stop paying Booking.com commissions?
Bookings that come through your own site pay no commission at all. You can keep Booking.com in parallel and gradually move guests to book directly with you.
Does the site work in English for foreign guests?
Yes. I build the site bilingual (Portuguese and English) — important in the Algarve, where most guests come from abroad.
Which areas of the Algarve do you cover?
